The course runs from Monday 23rd July every day and offers the following: * One Day Workshop in the classroom to help you with job search, applications, interviews, customer service * Templated CV, covering letters, emails * Access to our fantastic online Job Search Support system * Action Plan and one to one telephone support to achieve this When all this is completed and you have passed all the modules, we will then award you with a BTEC level 1 in Workskills AND Customer Service.
